# Sharing and export

> Share a read-only dashboard with people outside Growth Mention, and export your data as CSV.

## Public dashboard link

A public link shows a project's dashboard to anyone who has it — a client, your leadership, a partner — without them needing a Growth Mention account.

An admin turns it on from the project's dashboard with **Enable Sharing**, then copies the link. Anyone in the organization can copy it once it's on.

The shared page is **read-only** and shows:

* the headline figures — visibility, source score, average position — against the previous period
* brand visibility and source score over time
* the competitors and share of voice
* the most-cited sources
* your prompts, with your visibility on each

Viewers can change the date range and filter by assistant. They can't open individual answers, change anything, or see any other project.

  Anyone with the link can see it, including your prompts and the competitors you track. Share it the way you'd share a document. **Disable Sharing** switches it off immediately; turning it on again creates a new link, and the old one stops working.

## Exporting data

Every page in a project has an **Export** button on the right of the filter bar. It's available on every plan and to every member.

1. Click **Export**. A list of what the page shows appears — on the dashboard, for example: summary, visibility over time, source score over time, competitors, share of voice by ownership, visibility by assistant, and prompts.
2. Tick what you want.
3. Click **Export**. One item downloads as a CSV file; several download together as a ZIP of CSV files.

**Exports follow the filters on the page**: the date range, the assistant, segments and any search. To export a different period or a single assistant, set the filters first.

Where a page shows only part of a list — the top brands, one page of a table — the export contains the whole list. Very large lists are capped: answers at 20,000 and crawler logs at 50,000 rows.

  The files are CSV with UTF-8 encoding, so brand names with accents open correctly in Excel and Google Sheets. Series over time have one row per day and one column per assistant or brand.
