Projects belong to an organization. Everyone in the organization can see all its projects.

Give Viewer to anyone who only needs to read the results — a manager, a client, an agency partner.

Inviting someone

  1. Open Organizations and choose Members.
  2. Click Invite Member, enter their email address and choose a role.
If they already have a Growth Mention account, they’re added straight away and see a notification. If not, they get an email invitation to create one. The link works for 14 days, and only for that address. Until they accept, the invitation is listed under Pending Invitations, where you can cancel it. Members don’t need a plan of their own: their seat is covered by the organization owner’s plan.

Changing a role or removing someone

An admin can remove a member from the Members list. To change someone’s role, remove them and invite them again with the new role — nothing they could see is lost, because the data belongs to the organization, not to them.
