The free week

Every plan starts with 7 days free. You choose a plan and enter your card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the week is over. You get the full plan you chose during the trial — trying Scale means trying Scale. Your card is charged for the first period when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Settings → Billing shows the date the trial ends.
The free week is offered once per account. Cancelling during the trial and subscribing again later starts a paid plan straight away.

Monthly or annual

Each plan can be paid monthly or annually. Payments are handled by Stripe. Businesses in the EU can enter a VAT number at checkout, and reverse charge applies where it’s valid.

Changing plan

Open Settings → Billing and pick a different plan. You’re charged, or credited, the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan doesn’t delete anything. If you’re over its limits, you can’t add prompts, projects or members until you’re back under them.

Invoices and card

Settings → Billing lists your invoices. To change your card or billing details, use Invoices & card, which opens Stripe’s billing portal.

Cancelling

Click Cancel plan in Settings → Billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then stops renewing. Changed your mind? Undo it any time before that date.

When a plan ends or a payment fails

If a payment doesn’t go through — usually an expired card — or your plan has ended, the app asks you to choose a plan before you can continue. In the meantime:
  • Nothing is deleted. Your projects, prompts and every answer collected are kept.
  • Collection pauses. Prompts aren’t run, and Agent Analytics stops accepting visits.
  • Everything comes back as soon as you subscribe again or the payment clears.
The days in between have no data, because prompts can’t be run for a day that’s already passed.
